To ensure the health and safety of our tenants and our team, MCP will be closing our office to all walk in traffic until further notice. If you need to speak with us, you will need to call us at 413-285-3627. Because of the number of calls we have been receiving, if you get a voicemail, make sure to leave a message so we can follow up with you. If you have a maintenance issue, call 413-285-3627 and dial ext 5. Our answering service will take your message and get it over to our team, and we will reach out to you to setup a time to go out and fix the issue.
From this point forward, we will only be responding to emergency calls after hours for issues such as no heat, power failure to essential appliances like refrigerators, and uncontrollable water leaks. All other maintenance issues will be addressed the following business day. Please report any issues that concern you after hours, but understand we may not go and address them until the next business day.
All rents will continue to be due on the first of each month as normal, and as of March 17, we will absolutely not be accepting cash as payment. You can pay by personal check, money order, or bank check by mailing your payments to P.O. Box 271, Chicopee, MA 01021. If you mail it in, we need to receive it no later than the 5th of the month, or it will be considered late. You can also pay via our online portal using checking account numbers and routing numbers for no extra charge. The portal will also accept bank cards and charge cards, but there is a small convenience charge applied by the bank when using these forms of payment.
